HealthEast Creative Consulting Overview — Visualization

It can be difficult to capture the areas of focus on a long-term strategic consulting role. My long-term consulting contract with HealthEast as the Director of Marketing and Creative Services, Interim can be broken into three primary areas of focus: Brand strategy Creative Direction Organizational Development Each of these areas included both strategic and tactical work, including integrating best practices for in-house creative teams, roles and processes, auditing and developing technical infrastructure plans, talent acquisition for key roles, launching new services (video!), digital marketing foundations, internal brand engagement, and creative strategy, UX and design for key projects.
